i do pneumonia wrong

i swear...
i hhave had pneumonia for 9 days....and most of those with no apetite. and i still and the same shape.
i was smart ad ate each day anyway, to make sure i wasnt depriving my body, but nothing changed. i dont even know.

im feeling better, thank goodness.

im so so thankful for my health.
those doctors knew what they were doing and are taking good car eof me.
im blessed.

but seriously.

LOSE SOME WEIGHT BODY!

i dont think it helps that i have been a little depressed over a few things. i wish that i could just see where everything is going to end up so that i knew i could get through a lot of my feelings right now.
when it comes to break ups...sometimes i dont think you ever realy break up.

:(

i wish it were different. and its been eating at me the last few days. on top of being sick and holed up for a few days, i just am getting emotional and physical cabin fever.

since ive been home i swear ive been so jazzed just to be here that ive cleaned and cooked and built fires...all of which are not awesome for recovery thats for damn sure.

i wish i could say that the best part of pneumonia is the weight loss like some people...for me though, its the hot doctor and the feeling of recovery. im so so blessed that its almost over!

raw food

i have started a raw food diet.
not to lose weight, but as a way of life and i will likely be staying vegetarian.

i havent updated here recently. i have recently found such spiritual enlightenment that my mind has been elsewhere.

but i will post pictures. i played hooky from kickboxing today to recuperate. and i have kickboxing class in another 7 hours basically.

wahoo.

im easing into it.
not cutting out caffeine cold turkey and leaving a little milk since im doing some strenuous exercise.

but adding more water, more tea, more good foods. i feel great! i can tell my body wants what it used to have and it is motivation to get rid of it :]

ill check back soon!

holy cats.

been a tiring past couple days. cardio resumed. 30 mins per day.

eating fairly well. we took a date out to cinnebarre last night. i was smart and ate subway prior so i wouldnt eat their food.

i did munch on a couple deep fried pickle chips...how can you NOT?!

a week without biggest loser sucks. it really motivates. local channel aired the blazer game and preempted Bl and they didnt reschedule an airing.

this better not happen again :(

im TIRED. work has been exhausting. coupled with cardio...oy.

although some things i like for some snacks.

Progresso Light soups are under 200 cals a can and a great lunch with some wheat saltines...easy on the sodium! make sure you nail the water intake. i've been bad about that.

also, some pizza flavored pasta sauce is around 30 cals per serving. i take a serving of that and put it on a couple servings of wheat saltines for some pizza flavoring without eating pizza : ]

i am about 210 now at last weigh in 2 nights ago.

still eatin my skinny cow for my sweet craving or really small tastes of foods i want. :]

this could be good. just wishing 7 lbs lost was more than it actually is.

foooooooood!

nature valley granola bars;
180 calories may seem like a lot for a snack, but its my replacement for having a chocolate bar. sometimes i eat a couple a day to eat between meals as my under 200 caorie snacks.

sugar free maple and brownsugar oatmeal packets.
instant is not overrated! i eat 3 of these 100 calorie packets for breakfast and its 300 calories. or i take 2 and mix it with small apple pieces for 300 calories. its so tasty and fills me up good : ]

black coffee.
did you know just drinking black coffee pretty much eliminates all the calories. most house blacks have less than 10 calories per 8 oz cup. add some Splenda no calorie sweetener.

veggies...i love all kinds cooked up. green beans and asparagus are especially a favorite. you can also get those "steamfresh" bags and its a quick treat. add some kosher salt and its super tasty and healthy for you.
easy on the salt tiger.

lean turkey slices are really low cal, add some lettuce and ripe tomatoes in a wheat low calorie tortilla for a snack or even have a couple of these for a meals. you'll get your bread servings and your veggies without added fat or calories. some tortillas have as low as 80 calories for a small.

mashed potatoes are a weakness. but you can swap the potatoes for cauliflower, seriously it doesnt taste much different. the smell is a bit different, but dont let that be off putting.
if i want potatoes i have them...but without ranch without butter without gravy. just a little salt can still make them flavorful, but again watching the sodium is key.

off to run some errands and get some things from the store more to come soon!

La Tortilla Factory's large wheat tortillas are 80 calories and pretty awesome. today i made 2 small turkey wraps and the total cals topped out under 250 calories. :]
it had iceburg lettuce (10 calories for 5 large leafs...yeah they are basically nothing). one small roma tomato cut and sliced into each one. and then turkey slices on top of that.
yum yum yum. they arent as natural tasting as some of the others, but for 50 calories less you can load up on lettuce and change the natural taste a bit.

and i just found out that skinny cow makes Chocolate peanut butter ice cream sandwiches!!!
ah!
