sometimes i know better.

other times i know better and dont pay attention.

i know WHAT it takes to be thinner and healthier.

but do i do it? no. im SO lame.

and im fed up with myself. if it were any other person repeatedly breaking promises to me and letting me down would i keep up with them...NO. so why let myself do it?
